Suitable both for baking and blast chiller, Savarin is designed to create an amazing effect when cutting. This mould is characterized by the extreme flexibility of the silicone and it guarantees a perfect result when unmolding.

The Savarin mould is very versatile since it is suitable for oven, refrigerator and blast chiller too and can resist to temperature ranges between -60°C (-76°F) and +230°C (+446°F).
