Description

The kit is composed by two elements: 8 rings with a 70 mm diameter in oven-ready Tplus+ material and a silicone mould with a 67 mm diameter providing the creation of mousses or creams to be layed over the shortcrusts. The rings are non-stick and stainless, providing homogenous baking and high thermal stability.
