Our ‘Short and Sweet Class’ will take place in a practical classroom and give participants as much exposure as possible to the environment of a professional kitchen. Only 24 people per practical room under supervision of one our specialty bakers. A power class, creating a single pastry from start to finish.
This 3,5 hour ‘hands-on’ class will teach you how to make ‘Chocolate Dreams’ our signature chocolate pastry, flavours of hazelnut, caramel, chocolate and enrobed in a chocolate praline glaze.
This workshop is suitable for beginners, apprentice bakers or those who are passionate about cuisine and want to perfect their techniques.
