Our ‘Short and Sweet Class’ will take place in a practical classroom and give participants as much exposure as possible to the environment of a professional kitchen. Only 24 people per practical room under supervision of one our specialty bakers. A power class, creating a single pastry from start to finish.
This 4 hour ‘hands-on’ class will teach you how to make ‘Angelina’ our take on the French classic ‘Religieuse’, choux pastry with flavours of strawberry, vanilla, and pistachio.
This workshop is suitable for beginners, apprentice bakers or those who are passionate about cuisine and want to perfect their techniques.
